The Laboratory of Biological Anthropology (LBA) provides teaching and research in biological anthropology. We focus on bioarchaeology, paleoanthropology, human ecology, human adaptability and variability, palaeodemography, and biostatistics. Our aim is to create a platform for broader multidisciplinary cooperation within the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and with other Czech and foreign institutions.
